Apartment Communities

In the early 1990’s Mr. Biskind saw opportunity in the depressed apartment market in Texas. He proceeded to purchase and renovate existing undervalued apartment projects and strategically develop new apartment communities. In less than 10 years he amassed a portfolio of nearly 10,000 units. While concentrating his efforts in Houston, Mr. Biskind also developed properties in Austin, Corpus Christi, Laredo and Dallas, among other cities.
